Additional Fees

Exceeding Fair Usage Policy Fees

• Subscribers exceeding the above usage limits will be billed $12.50 for each additional 50 Gigabytes used and will be included as part of your monthly bill.

Installation Fees

• Standard Installation - $49.95
• FREE installation for 30 days after initial activation of customer's Fiber Node area or Transfer to the Base
• No additional installation charge for cable modem set-up when located on the same wall and within ten (10) feet of an existing cable television outlet
• Custom installation to be determined based on customer requirement
• Custom support charges to be determined based on customer requirement
• Missed appointment fee - $49.95

Non Pay Reconnect Fee

• After non-pay disconnect - $30.00

Damaged Modem

• $125.00 (Due to customer tampering, misuse, or failure to return)

Service Administrative Fee

• $4.95/month (For Customers who want to suspend their service while TAD or on Vacation; Whole Home WiFi fees still apply) Must be an Auto CCE Customer with at least 6 months remaining on expiration date.
• Iwakuni customers are subject to a 5% MCCS fee.
