Dear Americable Customers,

Americable’s service provider in the U.S. will be conducting EMERGENCY maintenance work on their circuit equipment providing our digital cable TV feeds from the United States. As a result, we will experience a loss of the circuit which will affect our digital programming coming from the United States.

During the below maintenance window, we expect the circuit to be out for approximately 60 minutes. Since we have not been given exact times the outage, the exact outage time is not known and will occur within the times below. This outage will affect LIVE programming immediately once it occurs and then our time shifted programming will be affected 10 hours later. All locally received satellite programming (17 channels and all AFN Channels) are not impacted by this maintenance.

Maintenance Time:

Start: 15 February 2020, Saturday 2200 JST End:   15 February 2020, Saturday 2330 JST

Outage will occur in Japan as indicated above for LIVE channels - Ch. 120, 122, 143, 208, 216-223, 510, 520, 522, 618 and 901-950.

Time shifted feed channels will be affected during this window:

0800 to 0930 Sunday 16 February 2020 in Japan

Time shifted channels include: Ch. 121 123-134, 136-138, 140, 141, 145-152, 155, 156-158, 209-212, 215, 224, 225, 228, 229, 231-236, 238, 309-313, 521, 523-525 527, 531-534, 536-538, 540, 541, 545, 547, 550, 556, 709, 710, and 713.

Maintenance Type:

Americable U.S. service provider network EMERGENCY maintenance. The outage will not affect Internet Services at all. It will also not impact the locally received satellite channels listed below:
