Domatic VOIP Account Update

If you have or have ordered a Domatic VOIP device you can access your account information from the following link:

Log in with your Control Panel "Username" and "Password" given to you at the time of device issue. This information can be found on the pickup request e-mail sent to you. (Note: This is not your e-mail or Americable cpannel credentials)

You must correct any account or billing information click on the "Account" tab. If you see the following:

"We apologize, but your VoIP service has been temporarily suspended because our records show that you currently have 1 unpaid monthly invoices. Please review and provide us with updated payment information by clicking on the "modify" button under the "Credit Card Information" section of this page. Once your payment information is updated in our system, all unpaid invoices will be paid immediately. You will see separate charges for each invoice on your credit card statement. Your VoIP service will be reinstated immediately upon receiving payment for all outstanding invoices. We appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter, and request your assistance in keeping our records up-to-date in the future."

Please correct by reviewing and providing your updated payment information by clicking on the "modify" button under the "Credit Card Information" section.

If your account is not up to date the device will be shut off and will not function until the account is current.
