Step 1 Open your Mail 2.2 application and select preferences.

Step 2 Choose the Accounts icon.

Step 3 Click Create Account.

Step 4 Choose POP as the account type.

Step 4a In the Account Description box, type Americable or anything you prefer to identify that account.

Step 4b Enter your full name as you want it displayed in emails that you send.

Step 4c Enter you full email address.

Step 5 Click Continue.

Step 6 Enter the Incoming mail server as, your full email address, your password and click Continue.  
***Note*** Your user name is your full email address.

Step 7 Enter the Outgoing mail server as Check the box for Use Authentication.  Enter your full email address, password and click Continue.

Final Step Preview your account summary. If all is correct, as an example, you should see the following. Click Continue to finish.
